Happy Summer, Larkhall Academy Families!

As the school year comes to a close, we want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to our incredible community. On behalf of the administration, teachers, and staff at Larkhall Academy, thank you for your support, partnership, and dedication over the past ten months.

Our students have grown immensely, and their hard work, resilience, and creativity have made this school year truly memorable.

Whether your family is planning a grand road trip, spending time in nature, or enjoying quiet days at home, we hope this summer brings you plenty of rest, laughter, and joy.

While we highly encourage putting the devices away and soaking up the sun, don't forget to sneak in a little summer reading or a fun family board game to keep those bright minds active!

We are already looking forward to welcoming our students back in September, refreshed and ready for another fantastic year of learning. Keep an eye on your inbox in late August and here on our Website for updates regarding the start of the new year.

Are you moving?

Please email us larkhallacad@nlschools.ca and your child's teacher if you have already moved or will be moving over the summer and not returning to Larkhall Academy in September. 

If your family has relocated, we kindly ask that you provide us with your updated address. Even if you remain within our school's boundaries, this information is vital for organizing student transportation for September and ensuring your child is placed on the appropriate bus route.

For those who have moved outside our school zone, please contact your child’s new zoned school to complete their registration for the upcoming school year. NLSchools policy, students are required to register and attend the school assigned to their zone. This requirement ensures access to all entitled services, including busing. Furthermore, attending their local neighborhood school allows children to build lasting friendships and play with peers in their own community.

Online registration for KinderStart 2026 / Kindergarten 2027 for schools in the St. John's Metro Region, including Larkhall Academy, is postponed until September
