Congratulations to our 50/50 Winner!

We are pleased to announce the results of our recent 50/50 WInter Wishes fundraiser. Congratulations to Anita Kelly, who has won the grand prize of $5,592.50 with winning ticket number 01528. We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who participated. 

Term One Family ~ Teacher Meetings

Thank you to everyone who came out to our Family Teacher meetings on Thursday. We were happy to see so many families drop by our Community Closet as well. Thanks to Ms. Castella for organizing it and for the staff who helped set it up once the students were dismissed. 

Christmas / Winter Break

The last day of school for students before the holidays will be Friday, December 19, 2025. Students will return to school on Monday, January 5, 2026.  It will be Day 6 in the cycle.

Students will dismiss early, at 1:00pm on Friday, December 19.  There will be no hot lunch service on this day. Students are encouraged to bring an extra or larger snack for recess on Friday as there will be no lunch period due to the early dismissal.  (Recess will be extended).

Lost and Found

We have a large assortment of coats and jackets in our lost and found. Click here to view. If you see an item belonging to your child please email the school larkhallacad@nlschools.ca. 

Festive Days - December 15 - 19

Our Festive Days at Larkhall is taking place next week. Please note, participation is voluntary and families are not required to purchase any special items. 

KinderStart Sessions

Due to KinderStart there will be no school for Kindergarten students only on the following dates:

Friday, January 23

Friday, February 20

Friday, March 27

Friday, May 8

Please note there is school for students in Grades 1-4 on these dates.

Please note that the Max after school program has some openings at their Kenmount Community Centre location after the winter break. If you are interested you can find out more by calling (709) 733-2233

Picture Retake Day - Rescheduled

LifeTouch Photography will be here on Tuesday, January 6th for school picture retakes. If you are requesting a retake, or if your child missed our first School Picture Day please let your child’s teacher know before the Christmas / Winter Break.
